FoBS Watch

As Bedford Square is in a conservation area, everything is delicate.

Please contact the council for information

I have asked for permission to erect a sign advertising FoBS events, here is what they said.
"Under Class 2C of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 the temporary small notice board would not require planning permission.
This states that 1) Not more than one such advertisement is permitted
2) Must not exceed 1.2 square metres
3) No character or symbol on the advertisement may be more than 0.3 meters
4) No part of the advertisement may be more than 3.6 meters in above ground level.
It is advised that you do not use railings or lampposts due to the area being a Conservation Area."
